Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.

Exchanges

We offer free exchanges for a different size or color, subject to availability. Simply initiate an exchange within 30 days of delivery.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:

• Undergarments and swimwear
• Items marked as "Final Sale"
• Gift cards

How to Start a Return

1. Email us at astrickapparels@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
2. We'll send you a return shipping label within 2 business days.
3. Drop off your package at any authorized shipping location.
4. Once received and inspected, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you received a damaged or wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we'll make it right immediately.
